As I get older, my own health, and frankly, the health of others is becoming more of a personal concern.
For starters, I have Interstitial Cystitis. Sounds nasty, right? Well, I guess it can be. But, fortunately, I have a milder form of it. Most people have no idea what it is, but in a nutshell, its ulcers on your bladder. It is chronic and there is no cure for it. They at this point can only manage the pain. When diagnosed, you are supposed to go on a elimination diet, and hopefully be able to figure out what foods trigger it.
I, on the other hand, have really done nothing. I still smoke, I still drink my coffee, I rarely take my medicine, and I am just a bad bad patient in general. Well, I'll get it one of these days.
Makes sense! Nice article! I’ll Digg right away….
